Also during lockdown, they have reduced the salary about 20% to 30 % and reduced working days to 20 days in a month (Remaining 10 Days as unpaid leave). In effect the salary of an employee reduced by 45 % to 50 %. That means an employee who got 5000 Dhms Salary in January month will get around 2750 Dhms in April. And that too when company had enough jobs in hand.
