There is nothing to like. There is no structure there is only one person who is thinks he is God himself and since he pays salary to you therefore can say anything and everything and most importantly NOT GIVE YOU LEAVES AND THREATEN YOU WITH FIRING YOU (Sometimes actually do it on any pretext)

Dislikes

Continued... Not give you salary on time. You ll receive remuneration by 8th of every month that too by checque. He ll make you sign a BOND according to which if you leave within 3 years you pay a month's salary to the company . He won't pay you salary during notice period and he ll threaten to not issue service letter .
