No threats from management, polite and kind dealings, best salary amongst private institutes in AP state, good encouragement, and motivation to grow. People here do not pull your legs, do not play serious politics, and do not much talk behind the back. Student quality is good. Student-faculty & Facykrt-faculty respect is very good. Students do not dress provoking way. Labs are developed. Moderate research facilities.

Working hours per day are relatively more 8:40 AM to 5 PM. Only the second Saturday is off. Only 8CL and 7 EL per year. No advance intimation of vacation. Too many invigilation duties. The workload is more especially for ECE faculty. DA is not revised regularly. Infrastructure is not up to the mark.

The best place to work for. I was a passed out student of this college and worked as a faculty too! Good timings, friendly faculty and environment. Ragging free college and a peaceful atmosphere.

The college has the worst environment to work and salary doesn’t come on time and they expect us to work for free…especially EMD department is the worst of all and incharge if EMD Dr Shailini is the worst person I have ever seen in my life

The heads are so cunning and mesmerising nature. No work culture. They simply observe the candidates to grab the skills with very less pay.. And they bargain the salaries like rikshaw pullers. Working hours are 8.40 am to 5 pm.

...sons and helping natuw, environment of management and staff is very good nature. Salaries should pay on 1st or 2nd fallowing month without fail. all public holidays effected.

...e showing partiality for employee benefits but they are telling they are white. they are not paying Gratuity equally for all eligible employees. who ever they like and who are worked till retirement only they are granting gratuity, IT IS NOT GOOD.
