There is nothing good and i will never recommend to anyone to join Gaveshna Geosciences Pvt Ltd.

...dge about "HR Policies" their policies are also not effective for a employee. 3. They provide employment without official documents like they will never provide you offer, appointment letter and salary slip. 4. If you want to get that all documents then they will reply that the company will never provide any document to a employee. 5. Hardly HR will provide a one pager offer letter behalf of company. 6. In the company there are no policies in writing. 7. You can't take any leave or half-day if will then your salary will be deducted for the that day. 8. On the last diwali they deducted the amount on the festival day which was public holiday. There are no overtime and bonus. 9. There are many things which makes a unofficial environment and happen illegal activities. 10. I never saw any company like that company.

Job security, timely salary, for travel they provide in AC.

Dislikes

No holiday if you are working at site in Sundays , no limited office time, bad manager, they take personally if you want to live or deny duty.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
