...al National because I am already familiar with the environment and my coworkers. Only our salary is so low but we have a lot of responsibilities being the leader of the MAPEH Department...but it was all exciting and challenging at same time .

Dislikes

Its the salary...it is too low and not enough to compensate a decent standard of living.

The salary, work environment at Victoria University, Melbourne where I was posted under Professor Akhtar Kalam was satisfying. More field-training could have been arranged.

I was working alone. Working in a team , getting a Project through within the stipulated time would have helped.

Everyone focused on his/her task. There's no too much pressure as long as you completed your task at the given time. Managers keeps on following up to see if you not countered and problems or the task it's not complicated. Everyday meeting with the colleague to show them how far you're with the work.

Dislikes

I was intern at Gauteng department of Education 26 loveday. It take us 5 to 6 month doing nothing struggling to get computer. I ended up using my personal laptop so that I can start the given work.

You are to work but promtion isverylater onand confirmation after promotion to the promotee islike adream.lwaspromted after working 20 years aslect.through PSC passing andpromoted as Principal plus 2cadre but waiting for regularising andcon -firmation evenafter retirement a.nd I am waiting forthe last tenyears to be confirmed and get benefits ofpromotion. Onlly wait and no hope from j&k govt tilldate.it is very sadaffairs to the promoties along long wait only.
