...rmation delay.. I am still working bt.. confirmation is delay by management.. Management told me that it u r good in your field then after six month salary will be increased.. Bt there no increment no confirmation.

Flexibility timing only but punching must, otherwise salary will be deducted.

No professionalism, owner interaction is very difficult, and major involvement of unskilled contractors which resulted the poor construction. projects working on infinite mode.

Environment is great, Management transparency, good company policies & bonus and salary on time.

There is a lot of politics and Management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not giving to new joinees.
