Company is very good,Owners are kind and generous.They always posses most Advanced and new technologies. Very versatile company good for new learners.Mr Ramanan Nagrajan(CEO) is very kind man and Mr Navneet Krishnan(CTO) is very kind man with morals and generosity and top brass technical skills.One can get hands-on from software,hardware to product development.

...r availablity. They must work on employees compensation as per market standards.Salary is very very less and for that also every month they have to strive to pay.They are unjust in giving salary as per skills, Qualification some partiality and biasing is there.Sometimes you don't get opportunity to be in lead even though you are sound enough to take lead but you will be under estimated.Project details and SRS are not noted properly and nor being shared properly which leads to project development and delivery design gap.NO paper work with client which incurs loss for the company.Indisciplined Noisy production team sits with the R&D and developer professionals.

Everything, except they pay you some penny salary in exchange of you peace, struggle some more,keep patience you'll find a good company better then this, do not go to this company if you want a peace of mind

Salary not on time,Director level person is Politics All Employee like Salary, Appraisal,Extra working without Any benefits,Any time You fire when Directors Decide there mood.

Don't pay salary on time. And also they don't pay to those who leaves company. They demand 3months notice period and then they don't pay for 3 months.

...ve responsibilities. As salary is too low (it is low compare to an worker also). Also they don't give salary on time. Employee need to work under extreme pressure and too much work load as there are very less employees. U need to forget ur personal life if u r working here. Don't except anything from company.
