a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Company is in terrible condition...first of all you have go off-road to reach the company.....means road is in pathetic condition After that when you reach company..... atmosphere is very bad.....there is no cleanliness...no parking area .... employees are working here like day laborer..

One think I don't like is company is giving salary on 16-20 of the month....and the salary is of previous month...also if someone is joining the company...there is no joining letter ...no offer letter ....no ID card.......so guys welcome to Gaurang

HR department worst they don't have skill to how to talk persons arrogant behaviour specially a old guy sambal and Rahul jha both behaves as they are owner of the company.major changes needs in company culture specially promotion at every year with decent increments to withstand with there present employee.
