Casteism and other discrimination in the company. No promotion on your talent only if you are a ISKON follower then you might make it. But if are a Muslim or christian you don't have any value. Zero work life balance for indian employees only one week off and non sense hr policies

i had worked for 6 months in this company. then i met one personality and that is my CEO (Ranganathan) i never ever saw this kind of person who is totally disrespectful towards employees. he always shows disrespect and also trying to do physical fights that's why he is not deserving to be an ceo. he aslo promise for payment for ot but all his promises was fake . he has zero knowledge about his work . At manger level employee also left gaura travel because of his behevior.he failed as a CEO

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
