as an advocate having work experience of more than 7 years I have not much complain about my work experience and work satisfaction. But this COVID19 pandemic has left the professional life in uncertainty. Now I can not choose other profession and if this situation continues for more than two three months then worse thing will happen not only to me but many junior advocates like me.

...e but sometimes I feel few things can be done up-to date in this electronic age. For example in searching of an old disposed case it takes one week/two unless you pay off someone to do the job.

Gauhati High Court is the best place to learn. People are very helping and co-operative. I started my career as a lawyer in Gauhati High Court and got to learn many things from the respected seniors. I am proud that I was a part of Gauhati High Court.

Most of the seniors donot pay anything to juniors after taking 12/14hrs of service and thus many brilliant young talented people go away from practice in search of jobs. Thus lack of knowledgeable lawyers r seen

Working around Learned Judges and closely watch justice being delivered is an experience in itself. The administrative staff at the establishment block as well as Registrars and the Grade 4 staff are doing awesome job in upkeeping GHC.

Independent role we work for our own no boundaries there but if I told u as a practicing lawyer then it is a very struggling path when we shine we don't know we just work hard But the best part is everyday we learn a new things we update our Knowledge with new chapters new methods at the end of day we collect lots of knowledge from our senior colleagues the way of presentation . And lots of rules and principles....
