New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. No liking. 3rd class people with a 3rd class owner. Working with General Instruments (Thermal Instrument India Pvt Ltd)

Dislikes

Not paying salary on time. Diwali bonus getting deducted from salary package and paying in December. After you leave the company they do not pay your bonus and dues. No clean drinking water available. Incompetent people occupy managerial posts.
