There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

HR is good person. But our manager in selfish. He think only first our safety. If anything happen he say only iam not responding to this problem.no leave but work.

For some issue the company hold the salary if employee.

I would like to say about it that for any fresh guy can apply here. It provides a chance to people who want to make his career with it.

This company don't provide any specific service or training session for its staff & even not to good salary or appraisal provides. Working growth is too poor.
