Company messes up your work life balance. Seldom interaction between Management and employees. Many a times have sacrificed my weekoffs for the company, but company doesn't acknowledge this.

Tooo much work load... you have to work under pressure all the time..9.5 hours a day job in a very less salary ...no friendly environment... because you don't have any time to make any friends... company is good but job is pathetic.

How many Hard but not worth for gati, because if any promotion or salary increment is only for manager control. So many employers same feeling, how much years working but not increament for salary and promotion year by year only company growth increase but employee is not for economically down

...is little tricky for new joiners but that could be easy if you find good mentor. *Salary hike and promotions.
