I started working from 2nd December 2019 in Gati Academy. In starting it seems good logistics company. But slowly slowly it shows the real face which internally seen when you are going to work in this organization and whenever you need a support from this organization you will definitely get disappointed. I would heartily convince not to join this organization if anyone will going to join this organization. I worked in 3 other companies but in this organization i get the worst experience. And i am pretty sure I will never get this type of experience in any other organization.

...iously this organization has no rules and regulations.(About HR team specially). You will face many problems like attendance, salary, Week off variance in every month.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

My working time very enjoyable the duty. because the work situation is good, Work is satisfied, Every co employees is good communication and relationship

How many Hard but not worth for gati, because if any promotion or salary increment is only for manager control. So many employers same feeling, how much years working but not increament for salary and promotion year by year only company growth increase but employee is not for economically down

*Salary ontime. *One of the best company to learn domestic transportation concepts. *Ample opportunities to learn freight forwarding from cross functional team. *You will find some good mentors here. *Policies are well defined.

...is little tricky for new joiners but that could be easy if you find good mentor. *Salary hike and promotions.
