I started working from 2nd December 2019 in Gati Academy. In starting it seems good logistics company. But slowly slowly it shows the real face which internally seen when you are going to work in this organization and whenever you need a support from this organization you will definitely get disappointed. I would heartily convince not to join this organization if anyone will going to join this organization. I worked in 3 other companies but in this organization i get the worst experience. Organization is not working as per norms. Jokes a part but the rules and regulations of this company changes everyday like seriously this organization has no rules and regulations.(About HR team specially). You will face many problems like attendance, salary, Week off variance in every month.
