How many Hard but not worth for gati, because if any promotion or salary increment is only for manager control. So many employers same feeling, how much years working but not increament for salary and promotion year by year only company growth increase but employee is not for economically down

All over Gati is good company but i have dislike one thing staff transfer policy and salary increase policy and career growth is slow

First say thanks for supporting me in this penedemic situation of Covid 19 they are not deduct my salary in this period also take precaution by providing mask sanitizer & thermal temprature machine for all staff
