Old culture carring Salary not match according to work pressure and job timing . 9 to 6 job but you have to work 12 to 13 hours in logistics field . Leave provide company but you can't take if you take then second day senior depressed you by concall .

Company messes up your work life balance. Seldom interaction between Management and employees. Many a times have sacrificed my weekoffs for the company, but company doesn't acknowledge this.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. They are not pay their employees which was offered them. They expect to you work everything and on the period of month end they are talking about your KRA which was not achieved.

Gati is a learning school,so for startup of your career . Pros- Less Work Pressure Cons- low salary, zero increment ,egoistic superior & no future growth.

politics, less educated superiors, no growth till 5 years,poor salary & ill treatment towards subordinates specially in North Region of Gati.
