Salary on time 1 St every month. 30 days leave on yearly base but you can't take due to management has pressure to no budy will take leave .

Process not healthy. You have to find out daily 8 call new and old meeting during 11 am to 3.50 pm . 9 o clock punching require in morning at appointed deepo cum warehouse platform. 11 to 3.50 visit require per day 8 call mandatory.if you take leave then you have to work hard to complete 8*25 visit. If business not come then meeting align through vc and the management ask every single call discussion why business not come . In operation and service department mostly old person.So single sales person appointed here to serve to all for book new business and also work for delivery and customer service. Delivery takes more days due to booked shipment payment not fixed 12 to 50,60 kg booking in gati. There are 2 system in gati for approached client If one time shipment booking then card rate is fixed 24 rupees Monthly and fixed business like 20 to 50 k business mom you can provide discount but customer break mostly due to service and extra charge claim by delivery team . Delivery team working here on commission basis . So you can't give pressure on delivery team . Delivery team without taking party not working so 2000 fixed I pay to team for delivery and booking increase .

... Seniors. Unnecessary pressure of work. No proper leaves for your personal work. No proper salary as per the work. Everyday some new assignment designed by seniors and will be forced to do so.
