There are so much politics at higher management level. Dedicated employees are also suffering to get promoted. Not getting appreciation from reporting head even though client is satisfied with the work. Need to change employee specific policies.

Working in Gateway is pretty much good from my end i did have work life balance in my case, but truly depends upon the project and project manager.

They should appreciate if someone is working really really good . Policy for leave, bonus is very unclear

Management issues no clear goal of future. Lots of politics in management level, no proper process for work, salary structure is very poor because company to bond you every 6 months by increasing some percentage. There is a bond of 1yr and services aggreement is 1laks INR and 3 months of notice period mandator Non negotiable.
