Gossip culture at its peak , n promotor of gossip culture is production manager, who is more interested in everyone's personal life rather than work , always engaged in misguiding the authority of company by putting their focus on personal life of workers instead of work , No appreciation of hard work or efforts you put in working , just promotes only people who repeats testing of one sample multiple times, n giving inappropriate results ,

Documention is not strong and no more job security, fill like cause employee,no any pf ,no any bonus and no any insensitive, and employment salary dection,over all bad experience

Job security... they never terminate there employees and never promote as well

No promotions no growth no skill developments ..... no support from seniors... lower mentality... more interested to talk behind backs instead of doing there work.... company located outside the city which makes difficult to reach.... no public transportation available to reach and there's no support from office persons as well.
