Pay is below standard. Lots of politics in service operations. You can join if you want to pursue a side hustle but not recommended for growth and good compensation.

...everyone is very approachable. Flexibility of working from home unless required. Timely salary credit, (before time, when credit date is a bank holiday). Subsidized cab services (negligible cost), and free lunch at office. Last and definitely not the least, is the work life balance, no over-work after work hours, no hassle in taking leaves, be it casual, sick or paid. The organization works like a well-oiled machine with everyone aware of their roles and tasks and projects are optimised, thus there is no need to overwork the employees.

Nothing to dislike. Period.

Likes

Gartner is the one of the best pay masters with uncapped incentives. If you are an overachiever the quantum of money you can get is huge. The office space is very good, you get free meals with other perks. Workwise you get to interact with top notch professionals within and outside Gartner.

Dislikes

Too much office politics. Hazy sales policies, cut throat competition. In the MSE segment, the sales managers will do things to pull you down, and they love gossiping about your personal and professional aspects.

Work Life Balance, decent hikes and no cutting in YE Bonus, Great tech environment for innovation as you are free to explore best things for your solution given the business value. Health benefits are good. Job Security and Safety

The Design team works under a shadow and has a restricted 🚫 mind set. There is high level of micro management No creative freedom Fear culture And it’s not at al good for long run.
