...its for employees. Found the company great for someone who has family /kids etc. Can settle down here for a long time if the salary is given as per your choice. No strict deadlines and everyone is friendly

Not much exposure to other technologies. Not much travel. Little bit politics present in upper management.

...enging, there was always a lot of room to learn as the projects were diverse. 5. Gartner is a good pay master and generally I find their pay above average.

Dislikes

I love the organization and really can't thank my peers and leadership enough for their support during my stay at Gartner. I really wish Gartner plans to have more Sr. Leadership opportunities in India.

Work Life Balance is definitely there.

Dislikes

Less pay, less hike, politics in promotions, no perks like gifts at festival time and no company outings. If you want to go out with team, you will have to contribute.

...everyone is very approachable. Flexibility of working from home unless required. Timely salary credit, (before time, when credit date is a bank holiday). Subsidized cab services (negligible cost), and free lunch at office. Last and definitely not the least, is the work life balance, no over-work after work hours, no hassle in taking leaves, be it casual, sick or paid. The organization works like a well-oiled machine with everyone aware of their roles and tasks and projects are optimised, thus there is no need to overwork the employees.

Nothing to dislike. Period.

Job security and work life balance(due to work from home). It's good if you want to do mundane work 5 days a week and don't want to bother yourself for rest 2 days

Dislikes

Pay is below standard. Lots of politics in service operations. You can join if you want to pursue a side hustle but not recommended for growth and good compensation.
