Company culture is good and professional.

Dislikes

The companies which are hiring for this company from third party company, they deduct almost 60% of salary in name of comission. This makes really unprofessional and unethical. Because of this most of the employees are leaving, even after providing excellent work and service, employees are not treated well.

...culture is toxic, with a lack of support from management and rampant favoritism. The salary is embarrassingly low for the amount of work demanded, and there are no real benefits to speak of. Holidays are minimal and often not honored, and there's a constant pressure to forgo time off for the sake of work. Overall, this place drains the life out of its employees and offers nothing in return.

Nothing Small Office crunch space very few products and less employee.

New Vectors department is really pathetic. Work culture is horrible. France team treat India team as slave. Poor work life balance. Layoffs happen silently most of the time. If you want to destroy your career join here.

It's a product based company. Here all teams are sit next to you. So we can connect easily to resolve issue or learn from others. Knowledge sharing session to share their knowledge. Agile and scrum practices. Good place to work here. Will get award and rewards if you perform well or out of box.

Employee benefits are less when I compare to my previous company.

There's nothing special to talk about this Organisation. It was my careers worst decision I had made.

There's a long list of concerns to discuss, but in short, I would only recommend joining this company if you truly can't find a better job anywhere else.
