Garmin India is a very small team all work individually with a team goal in the head, since its a technology company so, a lot of periodic training sessions also happens, Career growth in Garmin Ind. is slow because the number of people are less (12), whereas, salary/appraisal is very motivating better than industry standards, Travel is comfortable, Politics is non-existence, Learning is good, Work environment is result orientated, Garmin is full of Innovation with its product portfolio & Work-life balance is given a top priority

Garmin India is very unlike Garmin USA. India works under Taiwan & they treat Indians from 3rd world countries. The HR policies don’t exist in India. Some of the following:- 1) No reimbursement - like Mobile bills, parking bills & when traveling to other cities only INR 500/- is given to take care of the food. Only after a lot of follow-up, the travel approvals are granted. 2) No tea & coffee available in the office for employees. We buy tea for our own money or get it from the office. 3) There is no concept of Appraisal, management in Taiwan decides what they have to give it in India; they just give the appraisal without even consulting with us. While they’re taking a decision for us they don’t even consider what is the GDP or average increase by other companies. 4) In order to increase sales the company doesn’t invest in marketing and keeps on pressurizing the Indian sales and marketing team to do bigger numbers and to sell more. When we ask about the marketing investments they simply say no and put blame on us, and say “we are not doing the job well and they take some time to decide it” 5) Employee Skill development - There is no skill development for the employee, no annual meet-up & no international travel to understand the best practices from other countries. 6) Garmin India is operating in India for the last 12 years but it's still not a P&L. Garmin India doesn’t import products directly, it's through the importer/distributor which is a big drawback. But TWN management doesn’t want to change it.

It is not the company for experience people. Here they do not care about your experience. Forget about what you have learn in past, There is no team leader, one person one rule and you will need to follow or ready for warning letter. For carrier growth zero, they do not have certification program, People is there treat you like you are nothing infront of them. They fo not have quality team but Fatel is the favorite thing which they can do anytime, even they found guilty when agent listan their own call and found it was a wrongly given and supervisor even do not expect all the mistake. As per the Garmin brand if you think you can vet like US or other countries, forget this, even they will trat you like an agent that is enough but partial behaviour is common, they will taget you if you complain anything about them. I will not suggest any one to go there.
