This CA firm is a pressure cooker disguised as a workplace. Unrealistic deadlines, constant workload, and zero work-life balance are the norm. Management expects employees to be available 24/7 and offers little to no support. It's a recipe for burnout, and employee morale is rock bottom. Being a incharge of all work I hv got well experience for execution, administration, relationship with clients and department as well as civil administration. From bottom to finish it was very good experience to develop the skill.

Dislikes

Site was very risky with steep mountain with fracture rock and number of casualty for men and machine due to natural climate. No more of communication and first add facilities. Project delaying due to negligence of department.
