Worth work environment and culture. Due to politics.Gardex is d worst company I have worked with. No growth opportunities for Hard working employees without polishing management.. Completely based on politics.

No appreciation for with old employees... No salary hike... No appraisal.. Gardex is the worst company. In this pendemic instead of helping their employees they asked for forcefull resignation on the threat of termination.

... as per SOP. There is not any type of cheating and harreshment with employee Employee are given salary timely and other benefits also. Comparing in the group of 100 crore turn over company GIPL is the best. MD of the company having positive thinking. And always think the living standard of their employees should be good.

Very Bad environment at Kartarpur. Management is very poor. SN. Manager HR Very rude person. He behave employees like slave & Also Abuse them. Very Unprofessional person..

5S in Gardex is very good and they invest much on infrastructure & 5S. there ERP system is good.

there is zero team work in Gardex. there is too much politics, from upper to lower management. there is only one man show ,if he is happy with you than you are good,if he is not happy than that's the end off your journey at gardex.
