Paradise for locals I mean job avoiders. Heaven for passing ur valuable time with good salary that too on time. Just like servant of a Saudi owner. No professionalism but with high ego and self declared best mini ratna psu officers. Head of the organization is from Navy hardly any knowledge of business. Maturity level in all high level officers is just like 10th standard high school guy. It's a marwari company of the central govt. But you will take pride in the name of under ministry of defence. Typically old fashioned employees. Great company with maximum egoistic pseudo knowledgeable officers who have not seen any other industry.

Dislikes

Except salary and job security not a single point which a good real professional would like. If you want only money at the cost of your self esteem and professions and family life. It is right company. If someone wants to do something in life then pls don't think of this company. It is worst psu . Better to join any small pvt. Ltd company. Work culture is although not bad but fools will make your life hell basically local u know what I mean.

... now a days. Previously medical dept was good. For last one year, it's pathetic. If you are happy with 6 digit okay salary and don't want to do any work then it's best place for you.

Dislikes

They have uniform with pathetic cloth quality. Shoes provided caused foot pain in 80% people. Work location is dusty, insecured and remote. For doctors there is no growth at all. Only administrative jobs like arranging health camp, checking medical bills, arranging Yoga classes etc. CISF at gate with metal detectors. Overall if you have any other option to for that.

After the 3rd Pay revision packages have certainly improeved and kolkata being a comparatively cheaper city, you can have a more net income .

Dislikes

The Co. is situated in the one of the most backward areas of kolkata, filth and lawlessness can be seen everywhere. The area is plagued by frequent jams, roads with potholes etc. Going to company can be one worst nightmare. Regarding the internal structure of org, the top management is run by retired navy personnel , so if you are civilian your chances of going up the ladder is minimal.Moreover the labour union is very strong getting work out of them is a tough ask.

...from senior or officers. If argued for justice one gets transfered or punished .Salary during joining is 7k after joinig it reduces to 6k.And matter of fact is that when asked about it,seniors give out their own frustation and saying GET OUT. Not a good position for a female employee,because the environment is very terrible and disgusting as once or twice in a year there is a female employee or trainee who gets ((COMPROMISING OFFERS)) from there seniors in exchange of promotion. The security system is totally useless because half trainees are not allowed with android or camera phones whereas inside the office, there are many trainees officers who have more than one android phones.The women forum of the company is just by its name. Lastly it could be a big company, but as said if there is one rotten tomato in a basket of good tomatoes then the result is well known and in this case there are more than one rotten tomatoes

Working environment , cooperation of seniors lake of mental creativity not letting or helping a trainee to learn during his training period

...moted. This is going to create frustration among civilian officers and staff. If this does not bother you, then this is good company, as your salary is certain at the end of the month.
