Work Culture, No employee Benefit. Rude & Bully HR. Old HR retired now new is also same. HR is people management role but here its harrasement role. Misusing power & office resources, bullying old loyal staff who are working for decades with the company.

Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. HR is mere spectator. even its there fault. Team HR (Voice president -she is very stupid and Bad person in this company ___They are happy to screw the employee career)

Nothing as such to be liked. Poor and old work culture. Not recommended to work. Opt. This only if you have no option left. All decisions for the employees depends on the favourism. Do not join untill and unless you have any relation with the people in the management. Then only you can grow in the organisation. Many other vices. It's a jail and if you observe then not many employees have continued and the ones who are there are having relation with the management.

No job security, Old Working culture, no freedom to work. Bureaucracy. internal politics, favoured appraisals, person to person policy variation, Unnecessary politics in work, overall not good for the employees who has worked for professional companies. No job training for freshers. one old person who thinks he is the only one. if you are at good place then do not leave & do not try this company. i made mistake by doing this. once you join only regrets you will have.
