No regular order though you have previous experience. Consolidated salary though you are on scale in previous organisation

Good Timing, Supporting Authority and Colleagues, Huge lush green campus, Ample opportunity to Learn & Grow.

Dislikes

Appraisal Policy is poor, Many old employees with unnecessary attitude & not promptly responsive will ghost you beyond limit.

Management and staffs are pollite. This is the only thing I liked

It is very similar with one quote " Andher Nagari Chaupat Raja..." I means no work cluture no systematic approach of working .. assistant professor do the work of peon aswell....if any parent came to University then assistant professor is the person who will visit the hostel and University to parents...such a pathetic working culture...according to me don't join to this place ever if you really want some respected position....ye Log "Student First" ko itna serious leliye hai ki aaj ke time sirf student ka admission karne ke alawa aur koi kaam ni kar rahe ..😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. Absolutely rotten culture of sycophancy, promoting unqualified chamchas. There is lack of insight and vision in the top management. They are just busy filling thier coffers

Respect from students. Feeling of making a difference in someone's life. This relates to job profile. Not to do with the overall toxic atmosphere

Dislikes

A professor has to do everything except teaching. No academic orientation. It's just a sales job. Blatant sycophancy and favoritism. All official transactions are in Gujarati, though they boast about being an international University. Leadership is syphoning the money of the pomoters.
