During my experience I liked one thing here that it is very important to be multitasking. Some people don't like it they just like to do same thing which suits their designation.... But it makes me feel that being multitasking is a good thing, which enhances your skills and makes you capable of getting ne opportunities.

Dislikes

Compensation is not good and growth is slow. Work load is too much sometimes I have worked 14-18 hours in a day and very tough to get praise from your good deeds which encourages you.

Likes

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Nothing to like. It is a company where you will find many types of fraud peoples (chor). Every higher post people's are chor, they just know put the money into his pocket. No one will help you even company's ceo.

Dislikes

1. Salary delay by at least 4-5 months and you have to pay meal money by own. 2. There is no set time to go to the room. Depends on DGM's mind. 3. If you are a family man or a fresher then according to me GDCL is not for you. Because you have to work by borrowing money from someone. 4. Even you laborer, cook, driver or from the office boy you can heard bad words or beaten for money. 5. Increment is maximum 1000/- 6. Even if you leave the company, you forget your money. You will never get that due money.

Only positive thing is,u will get to learn a lot of things here. Except Kolkata div., All other divisions are better.

Dislikes

...ad job security,but now company terminate/fired even its old permanent staffs. 3-maximum heigher officials are corrupt here, and for their work lower staff have to bear in getting late salary/no increment/job termination etc. 3-Lata salary payment become very common here in GDCL. (Generally 4-7 month) 4- Even after termination/Resignation, company will not clear your salary amount. There are lots of employees that resigned/got terminated didn't got till now. Some of them also send legal noty but still company turned their deaf ear.

In this company the work atmosphere is very good. All staff is full supported. I am very happy in this job opportunity and all work challenge completed with my seniors. 💯% Job security. But I want to change this company for my better skilled growth and develope myself.
