The company has a challanging factor in competition market. and producing and supplying products well in time. The company has excellant Chief executive and excellant techonologist to work dawn to death to produce maximum output. The workers are also good excluding occasional dispute.

Dislikes

If you join a factory life , obviously there is sound noise , and pollution and if you want to servive or continued with the survice it is mandatory that you will digest the factors. It is a round the clock service. Basically I am living in city calcutta and join the institution leaving my wife and college going daughter alone as such there is 2nd male member in my family. and visiting calcutta one day ina week. My wife is also a heart patient. When I am visiting home I have to do a lot of home work in a day and exhausted. That is the anxiety biting me while in factory.

Only Aahwini Kariwala Sir(one of the directors). He is the best boss I have ever seen and came across. He is the backbone of the company.

Dislikes

No HR rules and fixed regulations and that's why a lot of problems arises during working.

The most important thing is the work environment is very good. The colleagues are very helpful and it was a good experience working there. For me metro was the most convenient communication..

Dislikes

The increment was very slow and the work scope was stagnant after a certain level.
