There is not a single thing which anybody an like about this company. They have terminated many people in COVID-19 lock down.

...trying to do dirty politics. 2. No future 3. very unsystematic Administration 4. you will never get your salary and bonuses if you resign 5. they deduct the money from your salary as Diwali bonus but they will pay you the half of it. 6. They will reduce your package anytime they want. after joining 7. you will never get the experience certificate or relieving letter 7. no safety in any means. for example..no permit system, no fire hydrant till today, no helmet,.

Fully independecy in this company, like you can learn each & every department work, you can do experiments & if something happened wrong then leave that place by no one letting know about that incident, last but not least after completing your work just gather in work shop & have fun by listening their stories, jokes & Chit Chats

No discipline, Proper job responsibilities are not there, if the work isn't in your scope then also you're responsible for the work, like any other companies, if the work done very nicely then the seniors will take the credits, if wrong then all things will be blamed on you, with a big zero facilities by the company and many more dislikes but i think this is enough for someone who wants to know the situation of the company by rating itself

The only positive of working in this company is that for fresher he/she will get some basic idea of solvent distillation and some project basics like understanding P&IDs, ERP operations , billing and vendor communication. However no industrial SOPs are followed here regarding production, OHS, and general administration. Also you will learn from other employees.

Where should I start, the ratings of past employees shows the views about the company. But here are some facts abt this organization. 1) There are no management only owners/directors- porwal family. Their is lack of coherence and coordination between the directors (i.e the owners) and they contradict each other and will blame employees for their poor or lack of decision making. On one hand they will delibaretly delay vendor payments and on other hand they will take the employee on conference call with vendor (without informing the employee) and will start putting the blame on the employee only to show the vendor that the payment is delayed due to employee. But its quite the opposite. 2) The management complicate simple things and make life of employees hell. There is literally no onboarding or training as such. You have to learn on the job. Infact there is no document handover procedure followed as every 2-3 months staff change and there is no one to tell what was going on. You are expected to somehow figure that out and take action. 3) The project undertaken by the company in Dahej is delayed for several years mainly due to lack of project management and employee retention issues, almost every 2-3 months staff change. Almost every big vendor has registered court case against the company. Police regularly come to the site for one issue or the other. 4) On paper it is mentioned that there are many plants of the company but only Ankleshwar is running, the plants in Chennai and Durgapur have near about zero production & on the verge of closure due to maintenance issues which remain unresolved for years now. 5) Even if you work 24 hours in a day you won't be able to address the needs of the management. They prefer 8th class pass worker/ unskilled workers over engineers. 6) No growth or appraisal and work area is not defined , you are expected to somehow keep a tab on work of others.

One of the worst industry. Company Distroy my life. Management is worst ever meantime the Owner of The company is very Rude with no ethics and have no class. He always abusive to their staff and their sons also. If you want relax life and mental piece never join this Organization or if your want destroy your life aur mental strenght so you can join this organization.
