Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Ganga Pharmaceuticals is one of the best Ayurvedic medicine manufacturing company. Working at this company helped me in developing key skills like precision, dealing with working environment, learning work ethics and discipline, time management, self- dependent. Work Challenges were given to me on daily basis which kept me focused and also after accomplishment gave me work satisfaction.

The infrastructure of the company can be made better as during working hours there use to be electricity-cut.
