Work pressure is minimal. I didn’t find politics . They pay good salary for residential fresher .but its full day plus night job. You will food also from mess .

24*7 job if you are residential teacher. You will get less time for your family .

...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

We all work as a team. The head of institution guides us so well that we can complete any difficult task happily without any stress. Best thing is we learn from each other just like family members. It's a good experience working in Ganga international School.

Three days stay back in a week for 2.5 hrs.

Ganga international all staff is good and those behaviour,and they helping each other job security of this institution is safe and career growth also better than other institute & sallary growth also good and work environment also good of ganga international school and ganga school environment is provide balance of their employe......

The politics between staff is the only i dislike in this school......
