...er Management's support. Senior management always support towards career growth. Salary is always on time and even sometimes early when there are holidays on salary day. Good team members and flexible work hours make it easier to maintain a healthy balance.

There is nothing about the organization that i dislike. however adjustment are necessary, and having a flexible management team that listen is essential, and that's something possible here within the GS Family.

Its just unethical. At times they give loads of work and at times no work at all. Suddenly you realise that you are left with no work and they just don't answer any of your mails too if you ask for the reason
