Late payment of salary Salary paid is not reflecting to performance. Deduction of salary without any proper communication. No increment for completion of 10 years of service. No rule for outstanding CL,EL etc.

Best place to pursue education, excellent academy, best infrastructure, dedicated faculty members, good management, different activities organised for students like- mentoring system, Industrial visit for 1st yr to final yr students to different industries, PSU etc located inside and outside Odisha, regular conduct of seminar, invited talk, hobby club, musical night, tech fest, NSS activities, annual sports and annual function etc.

It is a nice place to work and my colleagues are so good with co-operative, Especially my senior (Head of the Training and Internship Coordinator) is very helpful person, he guided me a lot when I was a fresher. According to my point of view, the college is well known for its mode of educations, faculties, different kind of facilities, infrastructure, hostels etc. The college provides so many courses like BTech (Computer Science, Agriculture, Civil, Basic Science) &MCA, MBA, MTech on post graduation.

I have always found a Healthy and Positive environment and the Faculties are highly supportive. Great Infrastructure and the study environment is also amazing. Placement is also very good, every year students get placement in well reputed and renowned companies. Over all GIFT is the best platform to build your career into a bright and success path.
