Salary is not on time even delayed upto 6 months, work environment is poor, lack of professional ethics in employees, rework is more.Sometimes , I have to work 14-18 hours in a day , there is no fix working hours, Camp mess food is not at all good.

Salary is delayed, Appraisal due to financial condition is uncertain. Company is in ageing.

People naturally work together to the advancement of Company. Each individual feel like they belong. This organization had nurtured me. We can enjoy job. Like other companies this firm also suffered by the financial storm.

Salary is delay always like 3/4 months delay and also everything like confirmation, clearance etc is too much delay due to top management ignorance on employee. PF not deposited for more than 1.5 years but it is cutted from Salary. There is no increment after submission of appraisal. You can get very less increment after 2 years or 3 years. But you learn lot of work activities.

Good work environment and culture Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
