There is micromanagement especially with Shubham Chaudhary and Shorya Panwar. They are like a couple, who generates their own feedback and treat the employees accordingly. The management always tries to keep employees overworked everytime. I feel sad for our COO (Michael) ,he is still unaware about this duo ( more or like couple). The COO seems generous guy, he is very supportive unlike our Shorya and Shubham. They once fired 32 employees in past and currently they are firing again based on their own feedback (you know how). When asked for hike they gave us notice period (after 1 year completion)

Just offer good compensation package if they need employee very urgent.

Dislikes

They have a very normal hire and fire policy, for every new project they hire team and once the project is completed they don't even hesitate to fire the entire team, they have once fired 32 team members in a one go, and recently when one of their card game product (Poker) is concluding they have fired almost whole team again, you don't have to believe me just go to Linkedin add a filter for people who have worked in this company in the past connect with them and ask. In addition to that manager is very rude, take favours and keep personal grudge with employees, if you argue him he will straight away fire you.

Nothing worst company ever someone work

Everything is worst. No management. Only two persons are happy there one is shubham Choudhary and another one is shorya panwar. They think that every one else who is working there is slave . There is no work life balance no appraisal. I suggest not to join this company
