No bonus, no annual gifts, no recognition, people are not respected. Too much biased salary, same job one person gets 5lakh, other gets 15 lakh. No motivation and if ppl speak they will be told to leave the organisation

There is nothing to like about Gallagher except for Work from home benefits

Dislikes

Salary is less and the work pressure is more, they will even force you to work on weekends no work life balance, they will treat you badly even during the notice period

The only thing you can expect from this company is a two way cab facility. Nothing else.

This is one of the worst companies I've ever worked with. Lot of politics, no proper growth, salary wise it's really worst. The work they get from employees won't match with what they get paid. Lot of work pressure. You won't be able to balance your professional life with personal. They expect you to work on weekends too due to more target.

Dislikes

While Gallagher is a great company with many positive aspects, one area that could be improved is the promotion process. Although there is nothing fundamentally wrong with the company, the promotion hikes have been somewhat disappointing. Enhancing this aspect would make an already excellent workplace even better.

... they will promote you quickly if they don't like you you will be a dead horse. There is no additional benifit than fixed salary.
