No bonus, no annual gifts, no recognition, people are not respected. Too much biased salary, same job one person gets 5lakh, other gets 15 lakh. No motivation and if ppl speak they will be told to leave the organisation

The only thing you can expect from this company is a two way cab facility. Nothing else.

Dislikes

This is one of the worst companies I've ever worked with. Lot of politics, no proper growth, salary wise it's really worst. The work they get from employees won't match with what they get paid. Lot of work pressure. You won't be able to balance your professional life with personal. They expect you to work on weekends too due to more target.

... they will promote you quickly if they don't like you you will be a dead horse. There is no additional benifit than fixed salary.

Absolutely nothing postive about the company. They make you work a lot and don't pay. TM's make empty promises and the SDM's are even worst. Pay is very less. Work is monotonous. All they care about are just production numbers and kaizens. There is no guidance or grooming provided by the TM's for career progression.

Everything!! Pay is less. Absolutely no support from your managers. You are gonna be stuck doing a monotonous job. All the managers are worried about are production numbers and their own ESAT scores. Forget 1 to 1 with your managers they never happen. There are a lot of opportunities to do OT as the managers force you to even work on the weekends to coverup other process backlogs. And in return give u a comp off or they ask you to log out early. Senior Management make empty fancy promises. They expect you to give your 110% for free.

Working in gallagher was one of the best work experience I had as company focuses more on quality service to the customers

Salary could have been little better as per industry standards for experienced employees
