Management, hiring people on reference basis hv more compensation and lack of knowledge. The appraisal thing is manual, no proper process. Company is good but TM or STM depend department wise.

1.Hike 2.Night shift allowance 3.Salary increment 4.New joiness gets more and better salary than tenured employees who are working for Gallagher from past many years 5.New joiness gets new laptops and new chairs but old employees are given old/used chairs and laptops 6 For smaller location like shimoga and kolhapur very less allowances and rewards amount compare to larger locations

It has given me a good opportunity to in this organization, it could be better if they increase the pay and provide bonus for employees.

They should come and collect the assets at the place where they have delivered.

We its been 8 months Im working in Gallagher in Issuance process. U will get good training and guidelines. No worries in that.

Dislikes

Weekly 4 days they told to early login which is too bad, Fresher salary is just 14.5 k take home its not at all acceptable in Banglore. Work load in high and frustrating on peak months.

To begin with, The main factor I liked about Gallagher was, the opportunity and support they were giving to those who are interested in clearing certifications in insurance domain to reach designation equal to Underwriter. At the same time, work culture and team bondings were great and people tend to involve a lot.

... effort. Lastly, remuneration is way too less as compared to other organisation. Although there were numerous benefits in the form of allowances and bonuses, basic package were not up to the mark for a person like me, who has been loyal with them for the past 4 years.
