No job security Focus on replacement rather to improve employee Company centric offer letter and appointment can terminate in 2 or 3 Week but if you want leave need to serve 3 month notice period Once you stemline critical projects they do not appreciate it and forgot your hard work.

No training support will be given No structure of management and completely client oriented Good for candidates who are already experienced No structure or platform for proper training.

It's WFH and employee gets to work with US based client directly.

Everything here is to be disliked. Office politics, employee gets only 25% of the amount Gallagher & mohan charges from US client, meaningless HR policies, No Job security, Harassment with Girl employees, Manager now AVP do threatens employees to terminate them without prior notice if they will not agree to whatever he asks for. NO or very less leaves allowed.

There are so many things to hate about this place- A) for them , only client matter B) TOXIC ENVIRONMENT C) PATHETIC HR SUPPORT D) NO WORK LIFE BALANCE Advice- if you are planning to leave your job and jon this shit company then don't do it You'll regret I have resigned and that is the best decison I have ever made
