Harassment to employees Poor work culture Poor Management CEO & his blind followers unable to understand the basics of construction & how to control & assign works. Continuous transfers excluding management relatives. No increment to right candidate only to relatives employees. Only HO Management getting higher increment Don’t waste your precious time working to this kind of poor management companies.

I am working in Galfar since Sep. 2015 to till date, there is very good work environment, good management, good policies, but due to covid pandemic very less project is going on by this job is not to too much secure.

Only one thing is that compensation and promotion not similarity for all employer due to some politics

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...t. Generally employees are getting their increment after 3-4 year or even later. So if you plan to join in Galfar, I would rather suggest you to come with a good salary & Grade. Rest all the facilities are excellent. Best of luck....

Nothing to like. Senior management and other staff is incompetent for any role. It all works on who is who’s relative
