...k when there’s no need. Late salaries, they even sometimes hold your salaries. You even get salary slips. They bound you for two years contract and you don’t even get increment.

Dislikes

Ugly mindset of people which can lead you to depression. I personally would not recommend anyone working in such toxic work environment. If you request a medical leave they will not bother and keep you for work till late.

The company is adopts latest technology, Good team, Co-operation is seen. work-life balance etc.

good compensation but growth factor is slow. implementation of system is slow.work pressure is very high.

...pportive and the management is transparent. There is enough space for cafeteria. Company polices are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Directors are good person.

Dislikes

There is some transportation problem. If you have not own vehicle for transportation, company not provided transportation. Otherwise over all good company for work place.

Spoiled culture of staff and my QA department,no one is supportive towards trainee.work life balance is worst i was going 9:30am and coming at 10am and sometimes other officers doing theri dutty till 48hours and no compliments for lunch and dinner and breakfast qc ,qa , production department there is huge staff shortage that's why work pressure always high.and there is no sunday and holidays.and location is very bad.

Opportunity to improve management skill, as Directors are very supportive and easily reachable, freedom to share and implement ideas, friendly environment.

Dislikes

minor politics from HR & admin, no stand by equipment, high work pressure, limited space.
