Nothing to dislike, overall great place to work. Only suggestion would be, management should plan and offer mandatory trainings on soft skills, AI skills, and latest trends in industry. Also they should allow individual to spend time upskilling themselves during the ongoing project.

...from this company which has proved to be very important in enhancing my carrier. I must say according to your skill you will get the right salary and designation in this company. The company is too good to work for. Flexible timings, Work from home, Five day week, Good managers, Good work culture, Good cafeteria, Snacks, and tea facility, Job security, and most important on time salary. The company provides additional curriculum activities like communication skills improvement, Meditation, and sports tournaments. Sometimes ( approx 2-3 weeks in a year) you have to work on Saturdays as per the project or clients requirement and the company will compensate those days and pay in the same month. Thanks
