The only point which will fall under like is job security.

To begin with, the salary structure is very depressing . Unnecessary salary heads contribute in CTC. This shows CTC huge but actual take home salary comes in pennies. Furthermore average salaries are less as comparative to other companies. Finally to conclude all subprocesses are very slow. Don't expect growth in your position for atleast 3-4 years. Forget work life balance. This never exists in this company.

Politics, huge work pressure, no salary hikes for current year, worst appraisal process, need to be available 24X7 but payment is only for 8 hrs ! seniors - womanizers; be careful, SOPs & policies limited to manuals, audits reports - cooked up ! no safety standards, juggad applications,

Salary and other benefits are good.

Dislikes

IT & SAP team is worst. They don't respect their team members. I would not recommend anyone to work in SAP team especially. They are least bothered about their employees and thier problems / growth. They disrespect thier own employees , especially juniors in front of third party members./ External members which is the most worst thing. Managers doesn't even know how to motivate team members which are basic skills manager should have. Biased behaviour within internal team regarding appraisal discussion.

...ost everything that a chemical engineer wants in his/her early days of career. Salary always comes on time. Bonus is good.

Dislikes

As Galaxy is developing company and it is in its transition phase few things you will miss. 1) System that MNCs are using 2) Exposure to new technologies (As almost people are from their training days so no exposure to other industries) 3) Absence of industrial experts 4) Trial and error-based engineering as chemistries are new
