Dislikes

IT & SAP team is worst. They don't respect their team members. I would not recommend anyone to work in SAP team especially. They are least bothered about their employees and thier problems / growth. They disrespect thier own employees , especially juniors in front of third party members./ External members which is the most worst thing. Managers doesn't even know how to motivate team members which are basic skills manager should have. Biased behaviour within internal team regarding appraisal discussion.

...ost everything that a chemical engineer wants in his/her early days of career. Salary always comes on time. Bonus is good.

Dislikes

As Galaxy is developing company and it is in its transition phase few things you will miss. 1) System that MNCs are using 2) Exposure to new technologies (As almost people are from their training days so no exposure to other industries) 3) Absence of industrial experts 4) Trial and error-based engineering as chemistries are new

Politics free environment , which subsequently nourishes individual growth. Very Good Work culture . Open door policy , seniors are accessible any time . Canteen facility , bus facility and mediclaim facility are too good features.

Nothing don't join this company who wants to build their career they will say the salary will hike after 3 months but they ll not going to make any hike....

Nothing is good in this company don't join this company there is no identity carding salary pf and esi no benefits from company side. And there is no sick leave and emergency leave nothing is is provided in this company moreover there is no cab facility for night shift work.
