Palghar plant is too far from the station & company not even give proper transport services, as well as Head knew about this issue but still they force to work till late night so you don't have more option to travel. Plant Head force to stay at palghar only where where no proper water or light supply is there. R&D Head or plant head never appreciate your work & efforts. Highly politics is there in this company.

Company maintain good decipline to fight with covid-19. Issue guidelines to all employee while working.Keep sanitiser bottle at every required place.issued mask for all. Keep proper sanitization of every vehicle which enter in the company premises. Arrange daily work according to social distancing.Arrange quarters for those who come from long distance to secure their job's. Allow work from home in some operations,depts.
