...urnover won’t deliver on their promises and may just be a waste of time. 2. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. 3. You need to pay from your pocket for official expenses. 4. Most of internal and external portal, tools are buggy, not working 5.Manager driven and manager has more power. All are depends on your manager. 6.No hike for last 2 yrs. You should say 'yes' for what ever manager says. Else you won't get any hike for sure. Manager does not know how to run a project. Non technical manager won't understand any technical issues. HR can't take any decision and they needs to depend 7.He treats everyone like a labour which can not leave the company premise either before last bell rings or without his permission 8.Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. Manager has full control on Appraisal system and policies. 9.They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault. Expect to work during weekend / from home without any extra benifit. Stop filling your own pockets with money. And focus to improve the management. Treat employee as human being

...think worth of mentioning Cons: (As per my work experience at Chennai branch) * Worked at a heavy workload & very low pay scale for over two years as a trainee. * Was working under over pressure environment where many employees breakdown emotionally due to heavy workload, pressure, politics engaged in office. * Work politics was engaged & encouraged by manager. Those who are involved enjoyed less work and less mental pressure. * Manager screws employees emotionally & load them with heavy work who don't fit in his politics. * Women employees are even expected to work after 5.30 pm which is the actual time to leave as per Gaja engineering company policy. Most of us would work till 7pm (i.e more than 8 hrs a day) which is legally against labor act * Employees regardless of age were humiliated in front of everyone & their self respect was crushed. * Manager doesn't have efficient work load schedule so that employees work on same task 'n' number of times which drains employees energy & time. * Despite all mental trauma caused by the manager at Chennai branch , Hike was given at the time of leaving . * Few Employees were treated with elite status due to their involvement in office politics. * All the time most of us were quiet without escalating because of the politics involved, family situation & career. * On the whole experience with Gaja engineering ,working at Chennai branch was not good due manager's rude and unethical behavior which needs to be reported ¤t employees might need immediate attention.

...my second review my first review was deleted by someone who don't like truth. 2. Having experience of more than 18 years in similar field, Gaja paid very Low salary 28k take home. This was escalated so many times to HR Head & Chennai Manager but no response. Being single person for purchase Dept. I handle lot of work pressure but I got such low salary. This is happened because of Chennai Manager convinently work with high pay who is not at all fit to that post. He only fixed low salary and said within 6 months he will raise my salary. Fake commitment 3. Whoever fit to his cheap politics they will get better salary hike and also proper recognisation. 4. Even after proving myself with good performance he has given false hope not recommend for increment. 5. All this was happened because of Chennai Manager Who is fit for nothing. 6. So many times we keep informed about this Chennai Manager but from HO they always use to hear only hierarchy words they will not consider people who really working for the sake of companies growth. 7. Overall my review was, if you give your full potential and dedicating hard work, you are not fit enough to work in Gaja Chennai branch.

... staff. Increment is good but late about 1 year. Telugu staff get extra benefit. Salary has no time it can be credited 5 to month last any time. Telugu staff get extra increment. Higher management is worst he does not listen lower employee issue. Petrol policy is so bad no service cost, fuel 1ltr per 50km. No currier cost paid for communication. Every Telugu staff behave like owner of the company and abuse to other staff.
