Very Bad Work culture No Spare Managememt No Training Given Simply it is very bad experience.

Company policy is very good for all Employees, But supervisor/Team leader try to avoid the H.O. Policy and make their own local policies for new employees.

No promotions, no work life balance, very Low salary etc.

...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

During covid time no one loss his job and company released the salary every month. Everyone working in this company according to his department function. Management never let you down and never forced about anything. Company policies are very good and effective.

One thing I don't like that approval system is very leangthy.

...lobbies. Aprisal are not transparent. There are huge pressure in field engineer. There no compensation leave after working in holiday. Career growth is slow. Working on Bihar region E&T is difficult due to cast issue. Boss are diplomatic.
